This morning I got the CBInsights report on payment trends in 2019. Banks are rushing to digitize & FinTechs are trying to rapidly scale product lines, who will win?

A few things that stood out for me:

• The Chinese pay by taking selfies
• P2P is growing at speed & coming after banks & card networks in a big way
• QR codes are a big thing & only getting bigger
