Only 3 chapters in to The Chimp Paradox and it makes so much sense.
I am now very aware of my chimp.
One of my favourite books to date is Thinking, Fast and Slow.
Both books are talking about the same concept.
You cannot eliminate this.
Its your immediate thought, reaction or opinion when something is said.
Or something happens.
This is your chimp.
The chimp paradox makes the concept something tangible.
Brings it to life.
Its a chimp.
Sitting on your shoulder.
Your chimp will always be there.
Often arguing with your thinking slow.
But you can learn to control your chimp.
