If you haven’t had a cold shower.

Do it.

You dont’t know what you you’re missing out on.

You feel so good afterwards.

Like a factory reset for humans.


Its been really hot in the UK.

I have been having my cold shower as normal after exercising.

But once I get out & dry myself off my body seems to burn up and I sweat more than ever.

Apparently cold showers close the pores and you should have a warm shower after exercise.

Or you can wait 20 mins after exercise before having a cold shower.

Warm shower doesn’t appeal.

I’l wait 20.
