Sunday mornings are the time I review the weeks action in the markets & plan for the upcoming week. Doing my work at the weekend means I remove myself from the emotion of trying to make rational decisions whilst in the heat of the battle when the markets are open.

I place alerts on any interesting charts with a clear plan including entry price & exit price if the trade goes against me. If the alert triggers the trade gets placed, then I let it work, if I’m wrong my stop loss gets me out at my predetermined risk level.

Zero thinking, zero emotion, the plan is there for me in black & white, all I have to do is make the trade. I use www.worden.com for my charting & alerting.
