I really like the concept of Stitch fix.
“Stitch Fix is an online personal styling service in the United States. It uses recommendation algorithms and data science to personalize clothing items based on size, budget and style.”
Me and my girlfriend gave it a go for 6 months or so.
Both stopped it.
As most of the time the clothes were fairly boring ‘catalogue’ clothes.
Not sure what the service was providing us.
But it clearly is working for alot of people.
A global pandemic where shops have to close & people dont want to go out helps.
What I am suprised they haven’t done.
Which I think would capture a much wider customer base.
Adding personas to personalisation.
And so on.
